We understand that managing chronic pain requires flexibility and understanding. These terms and conditions are designed to create a clear, supportive framework for our work together while protecting both you and our practice.


1. Services Agreement


Pain to Power provides personalized consultation services for individuals managing chronic pain. Our services include:

  • One-on-one virtual consultations
  • Live online webinars
  • Personalized guidance and support
  • Educational resources and techniques


2. Professional Relationship


2.1 Nature of Services

Our consultations are educational and supportive in nature. While we draw from extensive personal experience and developed methodologies, our services do not replace medical treatment. We encourage maintaining relationships with your healthcare providers.


2.2 Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and maintain strict confidentiality of all information shared during consultations. However, please note that:

  • We may be required to break confidentiality if legally mandated
  • We may need to share information if there is risk of immediate harm
  • We keep minimal records necessary for providing quality service


3. Scheduling and Cancellations


3.1 Appointment Scheduling

Consultations are scheduled through our online booking system. Each session is confirmed via email with connection details.


3.2 Cancellation Policy

We understand that chronic pain can be unpredictable, and emergencies happen. Our cancellation policy aims to balance flexibility with responsible business practices:


  • Full refunds are available for cancellations made at least 4 hours before the scheduled consultation
  • This window allows us to prepare properly for each session while giving you flexibility for unexpected situations
  • No refunds are available for cancellations with less than 4 hours' notice or for missed appointments
  • In cases of technical difficulties on our end, we will offer a full refund or reschedule at your convenience


4. Payment and Refunds


4.1 Payment Terms

  • All consultations must be paid for at the time of booking
  • Prices are listed in Euros and may be subject to change
  • Payment processing is handled through secure third-party providers


4.2 Refund Process

To request a refund:

  1. Submit your request in writing to winfred@pain2power.org
  2.  Include your booking reference and reason for cancellation
  3.  Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days
  4. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method


5. Client Responsibilities


To get the most from our work together:

  • Provide accurate information about your condition and needs
  • Attend sessions on time and prepared
  • Engage actively in the process
  • Communicate any concerns or questions openly


6. Limitations of Liability


While we are committed to providing the highest quality service:

  • Results vary between individuals
  • We cannot guarantee specific outcomes
  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for services


7. Force Majeure

In cases of events beyond our control (natural disasters, severe illness, etc.), we reserve the right to:

  • Reschedule sessions without penalty
  • Provide alternative service delivery methods
  • Issue refunds at our discretion


8. International Services


As a globally operating business:

  • All times referenced are in your time zone
  • Clients are responsible for determining suitability of services in their jurisdiction


9. Changes to Terms


We may update these terms periodically. Changes will be:

  • Posted on our website
  • Communicated via email to active clients
  • Effective 30 days after posting
